Barrell Lake has many islands to choose from, some with private sand beaches perfect for swimming and relaxation! Exploring and adventure are all part of your tailor made canoe trip. We can arrange a canoe trip with a minimum amount of portages and a maximum amount of canoeing adventure! For those who prefer a bit more of a challenge, there are many portage routes that will take you over Indian Lake rapids or Press lake rapids depending on where you wish to end up. Pick up points can be arranged.

Talking Falls only 6 miles from Cozy Camp could be your first portage of the day travelling east. This is an easy portage opening into the Gulliver River. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of nature, as a Bald Eagle soars overhead searching for his lunch. Camping out tonight may be on a peninsula set in the waters between the river and Ken Lake. Enjoy a picturesque setting, the fresh breeze on your face and an absolutely awesome sunset! After all this is called "Sunset Country"!
